These are replacement coils which work for the Kanger branded Protank, Evod and Unitank. They are virtually identical in construction to the original Protank Single Coil atomizers. However, these atomizers use an organic cotton wick instead of the original silica-based wick. This change in the which provides better flavor and eliminates the concerns that some have regarding silica-based wicks. Also note, organic cotton wicks can not be dry-burned. Doing so will permanently damage them. Kanger also recommends that you pre-saturate the wick prior to use. Specifically, after installing a new wick, wait a minimum of 60 seconds before use.
