It is capable of charging any 18650 batteries as well as 10430, 10440, 14500, 16340, 17670, 18350, 18500, 18650. It has an input range of 100-240 volts and a DC charge rate of 4.2 volts. It is essential to have a battery charger to work with your e-cigarette. It will need to be powered with a battery and most will come with a rechargeable one. It is much cheaper to use a rechargeable one as well as you do not keep having to buy new batteries all of the time.
